She started assistant teaching at age 11 and at 16 was teaching all styles to toddlers and high schoolers where she began setting award-winning choreography on her students. She continually traveled to New York City to train at Steps on Broadway and Broadway Dance Center. She attended master classes and dance conventions such as Jump, Nuvo, ASH, The Dance Awards, and Gen IV, learning from some of the industry's top choreographers including Travis Wall, Mark Meismer, and Talia Favia. She continued her education at the State University of New York, Brockport, earning a BFA in Dance, a BS in Exercise Science, and a scholarship for Choreographic Excellence. During her time at Brockport she has both performed and presented her choreography in the Alumni Showcase at the Dixon Theater in NYC, Regeneration in Detroit, MI, ACDA in Westchester, PA, and many Brockport Showcases. She was also Dance Captain for Brockport's Dance Team, where they competed and earned awards at the collegiate level. After college she made the leap to Salt Lake City, UT, joining Wasatch Contemporary Dance Company, performing at BYU Women’s Conference, and making a debut performance with Repertory Dance Theater. She was also selected by Monica Campbell (Diavolo/UVU) and Alice Klock (Hubbard Street) to perform their works at LINK Festival. She continued to hone her dance skills by taking classes at Millennium Dance Complex and the University of Utah. She then moved to Los Angeles where she taught at local dance studios and joined a world-renowned dance convention, JUMP, as their Assistant Manager, touring 32 cities across the US, Mexico, and Canada working with Teddy Forance, Wade Robson, and Misha Gabriel. She continued her training at Edge PAC, Playground LA, and LA Contemporary Dance Company.
